Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7–14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
